What is the usual contract length?
It’s flexible, but contract lengths are usually 12 months, 6 months, or 3 months. Probationary period will depend on the contract length.
What is the minimum engagement

What are your rates like? Do you have existing packages?
For Full-Time Hires, the starting rate is USD 1000/month. For Virtual Assistant hires which tend to be shorter-term, we have existing packages starting at USD 450/month.
Am I just technically hiring a freelancer through you?
No. You will be getting a full-time employee in accordance with Philippine laws. This is more advantageous for you as full-time employees enter into a lawful contract with you and are obligated to perform their scope of work. This means no unfinished projects, scams, or AWOL staff.
Will the candidates I choose for hiring be legally your employees or mine?
The candidates you choose will be legally employed by CS-PAC, a domestic corporation in the Philippines.
Will you provide hardware and laptop for staff?
We can provide basic peripherals, subject to availability, such as headphones, monitors, etc. For laptops and your required minimum specs, we’ll be pre-filtering our candidates to already have them on-hand before interviewing with you.
For bigger team hires and specific onsite set-ups, we’ll gladly discuss customized arrangements for you.
What about software? Will you provide access?
CS-PAC will provide a Microsoft 365 account for your chosen candidate, free of charge. For other kinds of software and applications, it will be up for you to provide and manage. For other kinds of IT support, we’ll be happy to assist.
Will CS-PAC be accountable if remote staff is not meeting my expected operational KPIs?
We will do everything we can to support you in finding the right match for your needs, along with getting more of the cumbersome parts of employing and managing staff (like admin and HR) off your to-do list. However, we will not be liable if remote staff is not meeting your KPIs. Training and day-to-day management is the responsibility of the client.
What if I want to replace staff? Is that possible?
You absolutely can, free of charge. Just notify CS-PAC at least 30 days before the end of the probationary period. No need to wait for the full 60 days (if the probationary period, for example, is 90 days), if you want to replace the staff earlier. Replacement is still possible post-probationary period as long as we get notified 30 days before the effective termination date. No limits on replacements.
What are your modes of payment?
Whatever’s easiest for you. We can do wire transfer, PayPal, or WISE. Bank details will be shared after contract processing.
